Anablephobia- Fear of looking up.

Day 28 Amychophobia

Amychophobia- Fear of scratches or being scratched.

Day 27 Amnesiphobia

Amnesiphobia- Fear of amnesia.

Day 26 Ambulophobia

Ambulophobia- Fear of walking.

Day 25 Amaxophobia

Amaxophobia- Fear of riding in a car

Amathophobia- Fear of dust.

Altophobia- Fear of heights.

Day 22: Allodoxaphobia

Allodoxaphobia- Fear of opinions.

Alliumphobia- Fear of garlic.

Hey, vampires have this one! 

Day 20: Algophobia

Algophobia- Fear of pain.

Abnormal my arse, I hate trips to the dentist!

Day 19:Alektorophobia

Alektorophobia- Fear of chickens.

Chickens are demons I swear, the only good chicken is fried, baked or grilled. 

Day 18: Albuminurophobia

Albuminurophobia- Fear of kidney disease.

Day 17: Ailurophobia

Ailurophobia- Fear of cats.

Day 16: Aichmophobia

Aichmophobia- Fear of needles or pointed objects.

Again another fear I have, I'm near sighted and I wear glasses. An when I mean near sighted I can see about five inches in front of my face clearly so to have something that close scares the shit out of me. 

Day 15: Agyrophobia

Agyrophobia- Fear of streets or crossing the street.

Day 14: Agrizoophobia

Agrizoophobia- Fear of wild animals.

Day 13: Agraphobia

Agraphobia- Fear of sexual abuse.

Sadly many women (and men)  suffer from this one. 

Day 12: Agoraphobia

Agoraphobia- Fear of open spaces or of being in crowded, public places like markets.Fear of leaving a safe place.

Day 11: Agliophobia

Agliophobia- Fear of pain.

Day 10: Agateophobia

Agateophobia- Fear of insanity.

Day 9 :Aeronausiphobia

Aeronausiphobia- Fear of vomiting secondary to airsickness.

Day 8: Aeroacrophobia

Aeroacrophobia- Fear of open high places.

Day 7: Aerophobia

Aerophobia- Fear of drafts, air swallowing, or airbourne noxious substances.

Day 6: Acrophobia

Acrophobia- Fear of heights.

I actually have this one. I'm terrified of heights, which I can tell you is a lot different from when I was little. My family likes to repeat the story of when I was almost two years old and I climbed up onto the roof of my grandmother's house. 

Day 5: Acousticophobia

Acousticophobia- Fear of noise.

Most animals suffer from this, specifically dogs. So be kind to your pets, during the hoildays and thunderstorms. While we understand there is no danger, they don't and they're hearing is so much better then ours. 

Day 4: Achluophobia

Achluophobia- Fear of darkness.

Again another phobia usually found in children that we grow out of, but if you ask me we all will fear the dark, not for the dark itself but for what is hidden in the dark. I remember this show, I loved it. 

Day Three: Acerophobia

Acerophobia- Fear of sourness.

I actually dated a guy who couldn't stand anything sour that he freaked out every time anyone mentioned lemons or anything remotely sour.

Day 2: Acarophobia

Acarophobia- Fear of itching or of the insects that cause itching.

First Phobia of the Day: Ablutophobia

Just a way to discover new, weird, interesting, random, hilarious, normal, and ridiculous fears. All these fears have been study, and are indeed real. This is mostly to curve my ever present boredom. If I have a story to go with it, I'll add it other wise think of it as like a word a day, except I'm listing phobias. I'm going to start with A and work my way to Z. So stay tuned.

Ablutophobia- Fear of washing or bathing.

I've found this fear is usually in young children(and small animals) but it fades over time, however this is a reminder that all phobias I'm listing our very real and yes there are people who do suffer from them.
